Weight Loss

Hello everyone! Congratulations to all of you who are reading my very first post. I've been going back and forth with the direction I wanted to take this blog. I've finally decided to just talk about things that occur in my daily life. Our lives are so complex its a wonder we all don't have our own reality show. I wanted to talk about weight loss in my very first blog post. After having three kids the weight just decided to stick around. It was like my new friend. My trusty comrade. It went everywhere with me and I just got tired of it. It was literally making me tired. We've all been there where the weight slowly creeps up on us. Our panties get tighter and our thighs rub a little more. Over the years my hubby has been  telling me to stop complaining and do something about it but I wasn't ready. People no one can tell us when we are ready. Only you know when you've had enough. Well I 've had enough. The funny thing is I've had my membership at 24 Hour fitness since February and it is now October and I am finally starting my journey. My initial goals are to lose the pesky 15 lbs and continue an active lifestyle. My previous life style wasn't that unhealthy I just needed to move around a little more. I am eventually going to add before pics but I don't want to gross everyone out just yet. We've just met and I would like to grow in our relationship first.....
